Responsible for the retail sales operation in the Netherlands.Through a bottom-up management approach, empowerment through facilitation & accountability we focused on retail conversion and aimed to deliver a great customer experience creating demand & awareness for home solar. The goal: Helping to make the world a better place by bringing solar to the IKEA visitors.

Apple products are moving to a majority adoption phase and Apple Retail is moving in to the Netherlands. Delivered was a highly performing self-supporting team which was able to self manage through the use of shift leaders and shared responsibility.
