CurrentSATHI Group is a group of companies having 4 subsidiaries- Super Cement Manufacturing Co, has two Manufacturing Lines:1) Lime Factory manufactures Quick Lime & Hydrated Lime 2) Cement Grinding Station manufactures GGBFS Cement- SATHI International FZE, the group trading arm: trades GBFS (slag), Gypsum, Limestone, Micro Silica & Fly Ash- Speed Gulf General Transportation: Offers turn key transport services by having a well-maintained & brand new fleet of Cement Tankers, Tippers, and Flat BedOptimise operations across manufacturing facilities, a transportation company, and a trading arm, reporting directly to the BOD. My role encompasses steering financial performance, directing team leaders, and supporting a large cross-divisional team. Focus on operational efficiency, quality, and adherence to EHS policies, and oversee financial performance reports, and align growth and profitability targets with the plan-Transitioned a cement factory from years of negative performance to profitability by managing raw material procurement & expenses, and transportation-Achieved significant annual income growth lime raw material through strategic sourcing and optimizing logistics-Enhanced annual income and reduced costs in cement raw material by establishing strategic partnerships with ports and transportation-Significantly increased net profit and capacity utilization of the quick lime factory by optimizing production, managing operating expenses, and expanding market reach-Captured a notable market share in quick lime by expanding export markets across several countries.-Forged growth in gross profit and turnover by enhancing delivery solutions and supporting manufacturing and trading operations through optimized logistics-Maintained full workflow during the COVID-19 pandemic by establishing protocols to ensure uninterrupted production and team safety-Received multiple supplier awards for excellence in global sourcing, collaboration, and supply chain management
