- Develop the standards and procedures for the Asset Management practice as part of the National Assets and Facilities Management Manual; to be later implemented by the government entities.- Develop and tailoring specific asset management standards for multiple government entities.- Develop the asset data master plan to be implemented by all public entities to build the National Asset Register.- Develop a standard Request for Proposal (RFP) for asset registration and inventory- Support the government entities, with reviewing RFP's and technical specification for developing and implementing Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS).- Support the enablement process of the government entities with assisting in implementing the asset management practice and ensuring the alignment with Mashroat standards and best practices.- Leading and developing technical workshops to introduce the asset management practice to the government entities.
