Abu Dhabi International AirportMid-Field Terminal Building ProjectThe Project includes the construction of new Terminal of 49 gates in Abu Dhabi International Airport.Client: Abu Dhabi Airport Company (ADPC)Contract Value: AED 11,800,000,000My role started with the participation in the whole Mobilization: Main site offices and site Welfares with all facilities, all Subcontractor offices Responsible for all MEP works in the project including Potable water, sewage network, TSE , MV,LV, Lighting, FO Network (design and construction) with coordination with all utilities for the permits. Currently working for the power connection preparation for the Airport with ADAC/ADDC.Preparations of Testing and Commissioning of Various Systems in the Project.

Khalifa Port & Industrial Zone (Kpiz)

The Project includes the construction of a 4.5km four-lane carriageway and a 1.5km four-lane Carriageway linking the onshore port to the Industrial zone. It also features the construction of five 11/0.4 kV substations and pumping stations as well as the provision of site-wide utilities such as electricity, telecoms, potable water, combined waste water and irrigation.The substations have the Control/Monitoring DMS as the lift station has its automatic controllers as PLC. Client: Abu Dhabi Port Company (ADPC)Contract Value: AED 650,000,000 Title : MEP ManagerDuties : My role started with the participation in the whole mobilization: site offices and staff Camp with all facilities. Responsible for all MEP works in the Project including utilities, coordination, , procurements, design review, construction, Testing and Commissioning till handling over to the stake holder.

Responsible for contractual issues with the client and the Subcontractors, coordination with all departments, preparing project budget and cost estimations.Have full knowledge of DEWA regulations and Manage DEWA design and shop drawings submittal , Inspections with DEWA.Follow day to day site activities. My responsibility was including all the following :Lighting, Small Power for the whole building.Fire Alarm and fire fighting Systems.PA & CCTV Systems.
