■ Project: Construction Project of Al-Medina Aramas Hotel - Five Stars - Plots No. 3081, 3082 and 3137 in the Central Area of Medina - (10 floors, mezzanine, ground and six basements) - Finishing stage, Closing the project, Furnishing , Hand it over to the operator, and follow up with the operator for one year from primary hand over.Project's value (130 million riyals)■ Project: Renovation Project of Al-Aqeeq Arac Hotel - Five Stars - Plots No. 121 and 122 - in the Central Area of Medina - (14 floors, mezzanine, ground and four basements) - Finishing stage, Finishing stage, Closing the project, Hand it over to the operator.Project's value (180 million riyals)■ Project: Construction Project of Ryadat Arac Hotel - Four Stars - Plots No.5026 and 5027 - the central area of Medina - (10 floors, mezzanine, ground and six basements) Skeleton (structural) phase and the project closure due to the expansion of the Prophet's Mosque.Project's value (160 million riyals) ■ Project: Design of Al-Takhassosy Project in Riyadh - Follow-up design of a Five Star hotel and apartments - with the Dewan Office of Engineering Consultancy - Abu Dhabi.■ Responsibilities:- Planning and scheduling the upcoming projects- Monitoring and Following-up the schedules of under-execution projects- Updating the projects schedule- Follow-up the main contractors'​ payments- Study the consultant monthly reports- Analyze the results of what mentioned to reporting the progress and making suggestions and recommendations on request- Arrange and attend weekly meetings in site and monthly meetings in head office- Coordinate with hotel's operators to achieve as much as we can of their requirements through implementation.- Approve materials after consultant's technical recommendation and compare it with contractual specifications and ensure that all material was approved according to the client and hotel operator requirements.- Follow the updates and developments in the different work areas.
