• Started with ATV from scratch on building a TV station that is designed for broadcasting two channels with one Studio for news and three Studios for in house production.
• Worked with the main project contractors (dB Broadcast, ITN Consulting) on designing the Broadcast IT systems and supervised the system installation onsite.
• Led the integration process between different vendors to ensure a complete workflow and maintained the Newsroom systems and Studios.
• Managed and trained a team of 30 engineers and supervised the On Air Operations.

Amman Governorate, Jordan

• Worked with JMC on building one of the first tapeless Transmission Centers in the region for ART (Arab Radio and Television), that is designed to broadcast 32 Main channels, 70 pass through and 30 live feeds.
• Operated and maintained the Broadcast IT system and Supervised a Team of 50 Operators and Engineers.
• Managed the Vendors on developing the system features to meet the channels daily workflow requirements.
• Trained new employees on the system: transmission servers, automation, routers, NLE, studio equipment and On-Air mixers.
