I am in charge of rolling out Logistics High Supporting in Za’atari Camp beside 13 Centers in Different Country Cities include Supply Chain & Logistics Operations, as the following : x Manage and support Area logistics staff including ensuring appropriate team structures, clear Division of responsibilities, clear objectives, Develop the capacity and management of performance. x Supervise field logistics staff, guards and Maintenance Team tasks and responsibilities. x Warehousing, fleet and assets management within Responsible Area. x Review annual/quarterly work and budget plans, Pipe-Lines and detailed implementation plans in Coordination with the project Manager. x Prepare budgeting forecasts related to operations (Logistic staff salaries, petty cash, and upcoming projects). x Preparation and submission of adequate and timely Reports. x Act as Security Focal Point for Za’atari Camp. x Follow up on Contracts, Maintenance and Bills for the Urbans Centers.
