Position: COP27 Support Staff - UNFCCC SecretariatAs part of the UNFCCC Secretariat during COP27, I contributed to the successful coordination and management of one of the most significant global climate conferences. My role involved:Event Coordination: Assisted in the planning and execution of COP27 sessions and events, working closely with international delegates, government representatives, and NGOs to ensure the smooth flow of negotiations.Documentation & Reporting: Prepared, reviewed, and distributed official documents and reports, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy. I also supported meeting documentation by taking detailed notes during key negotiations.Communication & Liaison: Acted as a central point of contact for various stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication across delegations, and assisting in media relations by coordinating press conferences.Logistics & Administrative Support: Managed logistics for participants, including registration, scheduling, and room allocations. Ensured that all necessary materials and resources were in place for efficient event operations.Technical & IT Support: Provided support for virtual and hybrid sessions, helping delegates with technical issues and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.Sustainability Practices: Promoted and implemented sustainable event management practices, contributing to COP27's goal of minimizing environmental impact.This experience enhanced my skills in event management, international diplomacy, and sustainability practices, while giving me the opportunity to contribute to global climate action.

It includes a new lake to the interior lakes, which are the turquoise fishing lakes, with an area of ​​9762 feddans.In addition, the project includes fishing basins called turquoise basins, as well as the Al-Diba area and a marine fishing fleet operating inside and outside the territorial waters. The number of fish farming basins is 5908 and the size of the basin reaches 1.75 acres with a total area of ​​15,586,000 acres. 120 meters by 80 meters wide and can accommodate 6 fishing vessels of up to 30 meters in length.Because of the largest turquoise project in the Middle East; Modern techniques have been added to fish farming in Egypt for the first time, including fish cage farming and raising the level of fish manufacturing in all fields, with the aim of increasing the per capita share of fish and trying to bridge the food gap and reduce imports.• Fish feed and water source:Through manufactured commercial feeds with high-quality nutritional specifications; Farmed fish are fed, as these feeds contain a crude protein content of not less than 42% and a crude fat of not less than 10%.In addition, the growth of the farmed fish is monitored by taking a sample from the aquarium every two weeks, weighing it and calculating the average weight of one fish and it is recorded in the record for following up the weights of fish for each tank. The sample is taken from more than one place in the aquarium, and the amount of feed needed to feed the fish in the aquarium is calculated on the basis of new weight.
