Delivering assistance during difficult times, having worked in a country facing one of the largest humanitarian crises. • Responsible for the delivery of life-saving cash assistance to refugees and asylum seekers, and IDPs countrywide. • Organizing, planning and delivering of post-Distribution monitoring activities for all Cash Based Interventions in Yemen. • Contributing to the establishment of the framework agreements for the financial service providers (FSPs), conducting yearly performance evaluations of those FSPs and Ensuring the technical application of the FSPs frame agreements and its annexes. • Managing and implementing a pilot shelter program (shelter Maintenance & Shelter Rehabilitation) through cash assistance. • Providing winterizations and floods response through cash assistance. • Designing and implementing efficient AP procedures and workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices. • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of invoice information, including purchase order details, pricing, and quantity. • Scheduling and processing invoice payments with Finance Unite, including the generation of checks, electronic funds transfers, or other approved payment methods. • Collaborating with service providers to address any discrepancies or issues that may arise and maintain positive supplier relationships. • Generating comprehensive reports on activities, outstanding liabilities, and cash flow projections to support financial decision-making. • Participating in the annual review and updating of the Cash-Based Intervention (CBI) implementation plan, ensuring it aligns with the organization’s goals and available funds. • Monitoring the implementation of the UNHCR cash assistance program, including delivering all assistance items, monitoring infrastructure, completing home visits, etc. • Performing comprehensive data analysis and generating regular reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
