MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Determine and scope available resources.• Charge of developing a plan that will support the team in reaching the goal and not hinder their performance.• Ensure that the project is completed within the approved budget and review the budget plan and forecast to avoid massive budget overruns.• Control and analyze both the team performance and expenditures and take necessary corrective measures.• Effective communication and keep the clients regularly informed.• Negotiate achievable deadlines and communicate them consistently to my team and develop a project schedule.• Identify and evaluate the potential risks and develop appropriate strategies how to either avoid the risks or minimize their impact on the entire project.• Managing reports and necessary documentation.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Analysis bill of quantities to estimate the expected cost and materials requirements for implementation of the project .• Review and evaluation of contractors bids.• Review shop drawings submitted by the contractors and the verify their commitment to the conditions and specifications required.• Review schedule ( implementation - financing ) of the Implementation Plan and prepare the schedule for the procurement and storage scheme for materials used in the project .• Test and approve the samples of materials required to implement of the project based technical specifications and work conditions.• Evaluation and approve the sub-contractors engaged by the main contractor, ensuring the ability to finish the work as required and commitment to safety requirements.• Receive the finished work and issue work completion forms reflecting calculations of the completed elements.• Review and approve change orders for additional quantities to the bill of quantities.• Review and approve the periodic progress bill of the contractors, and prepare assessment reports including the percentage of completion work compared to the actual cost in addition to progress rates against the implementation period.• Review the as built drawings submitted by the contractors and ensure submission of the correct documents for all project works that have been implemented.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Review the designs and plans of residential units and prepare the shop drawings and operational orders for the bill of quantities as well as adjust and determine the rates and quantities of materials required for the implementation of the project.• Contribute to the development of the time schedule including the development of proposals for the implementation plans and phases, in line with the determined period implementation period as well as define standard material consumption rates and labor work requirements to estimate actual costs and profit margin for comparison.• Draw the cash flow scheme for each project phase and determine labor and material procurement schedules, type and specification of materials required for project implementation as per the approved time schedule.• Determine the technical specification and work conditions to control sub-contract within the contractors agreement , analysis and assesse the bidding of qualified sub-contractors and verify their abilities and plans to implement each work.• Prepare monthly technical repots on actual expenditures against work progress rates at the level of each bill quantity items, including of labor and material quantities and recommendations for corrective actions.• Supervise implementations progress and review quantities of finished work, change orders for additional quantities and prepare periodic progress bills on actual quantities during the reporting period.• Prepare as built drawings for approval.

RESPONSIBILITIES:• preliminary studies of the project area (Get off the field).• a Topographic survey of the project area using various surveying devices.
