Joining SNAM as a Senior Supervisor systems and networks to lead an automotive project in Jubail. SNAM Project is 1 billion US$ value, and will be built on 1 million square meters. Working with PIF (SNAM Share Holder) to be aligned with the project objective and Saudi vision 2030.o The establishment of IT department and infrastructure work for the company and connected to four sites o Provide opinion, advice and assistance to all sectors and administrative units in the company and associated hardware in matters relating to actively Computer and Information Technology. o Study the development of systems, software, databases and networks, internal and external communications. o Coordination with the relevant departments of the company in relation to the preparation and implementation of plans and estimated annual budget in the field of Computer and Information Technology Activity, and follow up their implementation after adoption. o Supervision on the application of rules and regulations and directives adopted in the field of business management and administrative units under its supervision. o Maintain the technical specifications and necessary studies to secure the computers in the Company

1. Assume ownership of corporate network and server infrastructure ensuring 60 % uptime while building out capacity to support growth2. Perform comprehensive audit of existing infrastructure; document and make recommendations to IT management3. Configure and support Cisco switches, and routers4. Implement network and application performance monitoring such as SolarWinds; define key performance KPIs for infrastructure5. Create a comprehensive deployment strategy and cut down on build and deployment cycle of new equipment (laptops, mobile devices)6. Lead and participate in various IT infrastructure related projects7. Serve as the owner of critical issues that have been escalated8. Provide input on company hardware and software purchases9. Support, configure and maintain cloud-based technologies (i.e. Google Apps)10. Establish and maintain various IT policies and documentation11. Research new technology trends

SA Engineering and Provisioning 1.Engineering of SA-related solutions for various project and operational needs. 2.Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. 3.Install and configure systems such as supports GIS infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications. 4.Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures. 5.Contribute to and maintain system standards. 6.Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. 1.Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. 2.Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. 3.Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary. 4.Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary. 5.Create, change, and delete user accounts per request. 6.Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies.
