- Develop and deliver HSE training, safety meetings for employees, and contractors.- Manage contractors, ensuring adherence to HSE standards and regulations.- Participate in HAZID and HAZOP sessions, manage process safety risks, and oversee Management of Change (MOC) and Pre Start-up Safety Review (PSSR).- Ensure Safe Work instructions, local regulations, and company management systems are applied.- Execute HSE plans, conduct inspections, audits, and update corrective action tracking and KPIs.- Conduct toolbox talks (TBT), safety inductions, training sessions, stand-down meetings, pre-rig move safety meetings, and safety orientations.- Contribute to emergency drills, generate reports, and implement improvement recommendations.- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and SCAT reporting.- Ensure near-miss/safety observations reporting, investigation, and corrective actions.- Inspect and test firefighting networks, pumps, FM200 system, and safety equipment.- Inspect scaffolding operations as per safety manuals; conduct flammable gases (LEL) testing, norm surveys, and noise level mapping.- Implement environmental management systems, conduct aspect/impact assessments, update registers, and monitor corrective action plans for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.- Ensure Safe Driving Policy implementation, monitor speed violations, conduct random traffic committee activities, and manage the fleet management system.- Provide assistance to contractors and project teams in planned shutdowns, including work permits, risk assessments, and compliance with KPC HSE requirements.
