- Proactively drive new-to-bank business to grow SME Business presence in the identified target segments in order to increase banks market share & profitability.- Prepare the credit memorandums for new clients and renewal / amendments memorandums for existing clients.- Analyzing financial statements status and structure credit packages for new and existing clients.- Handle and resolve client’s complaints in a timely manner to maintain or increase client satisfaction. - Work closely with other related departments and following the transactions of the clients, handling operations and monitor client’s utilization. - Fulfilling all requested documents, collaterals and conditions. - Ensure that documentation required for our accounts obtained and that customer files. Is always updated.- Manage and follow up approved credit portfolio, to minimize past dues and default rates.

- Responsible for achieving the targeted growth of the SME’s portfolio according to the planned target.- Identify key contacts at potential clients companies to establish and foster relationships.- Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain Banque Du Caire’s SMEs products & services.- Negotiate and process new clients’ cases & renewals of credit facilities. - Maintaining and preserving trusting relationships with SME clients. - Fulfilling all requested documents, collaterals and conditions. - Manage and follow up approved credit portfolio, to minimize past dues and default rates.
