Job Summary: Direct management and overall organizational responsibility for Supply Chain Department with its different sections “Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution and Return”. To procure a wide range of goods and services to support the growth and delivery of all opening project’s needs or regular production. Responsibilities & Duties: Forecasting planning and managing all Materials and Equipments procuring process from off shores suppliers and locals as well. According to different needs arising from bids, tenders, production lines MRP, replenish stocks requests or/and direct customers’ orders. Managing the whole process from starting RFP, RFQ issuing tender till having the items required on board wherever it needed ; including the logistics and distributions process. Compiles and blend organization requirements with external market conditions to develop optimal procuring strategies considering the potential shortfalls and maintain risk mitigation plans. Control supply chain’s department’s budgets.Working from the technical specifications developed for equipment or materials by the Technical Advisors in different department develop and disseminate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and (RFQs) for vendors to provide the equipment and requested materials. Whenever needed prepare short term or long term contracts and agreements and conducts its meetings review, for supplying materials or services and authorized it with local or offshore suppliers/vendors. Conducts and lead kickoff meetings for all projects contracts. Execute and manage all material /equipment procurement then delivery to warehouses sites in various locations locally or offshore sites. This involves managing with integrity the procurement process and reporting on the implementation of the procurement process to management and, ultimately, stakeholders
