1- Participate in developing the annual plan and internal regulations and develop policies and procedures for the personnel affairs department that ensure the smooth running of work while ensuring the rights of the company and the rights of employees and ensuring that they do not violate the laws of the state (Labor Law and Social Insurance Law).2- Provide advice to the company's senior management on employee policies and procedures required to ensure that the company achieves the best use of its employees.3- Lead, supervise and follow up the work team to implement the plan according to regulations, policies and procedures.4- Ensure the implementation of the company's regulations of various types in order to ensure the rights of employees and the rights of the company.5- Supervise the preparation of salary impact reports on time in order to ensure that employees' salaries are paid on time.6- Supervise the social insurance file in the company to ensure that all employees are under the umbrella of social insurance in the company.7- Supervise the health insurance file in the company and private insurance to ensure that all employees are under the umbrella of health insurance in the company and complete all health insurance requests.8- Participate in the operations of managing external workers during the seasons and calculating their wages.9- Supervising the completion of employee files and ensuring that all appointment documents for all employees are completed and that the employee file complies with legal requirements.10- Evaluating employees affiliated with the Personnel Affairs Department and submitting reports to the Director of Human Resources Management.11- Preparing a comprehensive report on the activities of the Personnel Affairs Department and submitting it to the Director of the Department and preparing all required reports to assist the rest of the departments in completing their internal work.

1-Insurance Forms: Review all forms related to social insurance (S1, S2, S6, etc.), approve them, submit them to the competent insurance office, save the received copies in the archive designated for them, and complete, accomplish and follow up on the procedures for extracting car insurance certificates to ensure the application of the law and the absence of fines on the company. 2-Insurance Operations: Complete, follow up and complete all tasks in social insurance, especially inspection cases, cases of presentation to medical committees, work injuries, purchasing periods, settling pensions, adding periods and extracting the required letters for workers. 3-Health Insurance: Follow up on the process of government and private health insurance from (receiving Form 111 and extracting health insurance cards, and the process of recovering wages for cases of illness and injury and issuing letters) with the aim of preserving the rights of workers. 4-Entering the effects on the user system within the company with the aim of controlling and tightening control over the attendance and departure of workers and preserving the rights of the company. 5-Calculating the effects of attendance And departure In order to implement the attendance and departure regulations and preserve the rights of employees and the rights of the company6-Termination of service: Completing the procedures for the end of service (resignation,discontinuity notices, release of party, settlement of dues, delivery of appointment justifications and issuance of experience certificates, etc.) in order To preserve the rights of the employee and the company7-Solving the daily problems of employees and responding to their inquiries professionally in order to increase the productivity of individuals8-Continuously updating the main file of the employee affairs database and resolving any problem related to the file.
