Hr Operations Supervisor
Current1- Participate in developing the annual plan and internal regulations and develop policies and procedures for the personnel affairs department that ensure the smooth running of work while ensuring the rights of the company and the rights of employees and ensuring that they do not violate the laws of the state (Labor Law and Social Insurance Law).2- Provide advice to the company's senior management on employee policies and procedures required to ensure that the company achieves the best use of its employees.3- Lead, supervise and follow up the work team to implement the plan according to regulations, policies and procedures.4- Ensure the implementation of the company's regulations of various types in order to ensure the rights of employees and the rights of the company.5- Supervise the preparation of salary impact reports on time in order to ensure that employees' salaries are paid on time.6- Supervise the social insurance file in the company to ensure that all employees are under the umbrella of social insurance in the company.7- Supervise the health insurance file in the company and private insurance to ensure that all employees are under the umbrella of health insurance in the company and complete all health insurance requests.8- Participate in the operations of managing external workers during the seasons and calculating their wages.9- Supervising the completion of employee files and ensuring that all appointment documents for all employees are completed and that the employee file complies with legal requirements.10- Evaluating employees affiliated with the Personnel Affairs Department and submitting reports to the Director of Human Resources Management.11- Preparing a comprehensive report on the activities of the Personnel Affairs Department and submitting it to the Director of the Department and preparing all required reports to assist the rest of the departments in completing their internal work.
