With over three years of experience in the banking sector, I am a customer care assistant manager at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) Egypt, where I lead a team of customer care officers to deliver high-quality service and support to our clients. I have a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Cairo University, and I have developed skills in service quality, reporting, and banking. My core competencies include problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and customer orientation.
