- Responsible for handling the project from excavation to finishing. - Good experience in the construction of Residential buildings & Swimming Pools. - Managing all the activities on site (Constructions, Masonry works, Plumbing, Electrical, Water isolation, Plastering, Painting, Ceramic Tiling, False ceiling, etc.).- Study the entire site and arrange the Architect plan along with other plan (Structure, Air-condition, Sanitary, etc.).- Provide the weekly reports to General Manager and Site Owner.- Prepare the contracts for all Sub-Contractors.- Handling the company resources in an efficient manner.- Had a good knowledge of the building requirements and specifications of Kuwait Municipality.

- Had a good experience in fabrication and installation of steel & stainless steel works like stainless steel handrails, glass handrails, cladding, signage, grating. - Supervising a manufacturing process involves in the factory - Oversaw the factory to ensure we maintained quality - Handling and managing the materials & works inspection requests (MIR & CIR). - performing work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and main contractor. - Ensuring the delivery of works according to work schedules. - Coordinating with the main contractor the work schedule and material ordering.

- Protecting the all utilities during project implementation.- Carrying out the inspection pits before starting any excavation works in the all project - Executing concrete box culvert for KOC oil & gas pipe lines.- Executing concrete box culvert for Chevron oil pipe lines. - Executing concrete box culverts for maintenance and protection of water supply pipe lines with various diameters starting from 200 mm up to 1600 mm.- Executing concrete storm water pipe culverts with 1400 mm diameter. - Executing the road crossing ducts for 33 & 11 KV electric lines.- Supervising and coordinating with sub-contractor to execute the new telephone network and protect the old one. - Supervising and coordinating with sub-contractor to install the new Chevron pipe lines.- Writing and sending the official letters and the requests for inspection to consultant.

Site Engineer:  Managing and reviewing quantity surveying for the entire finishing works in the project.  Coordinating with the Senior Engineer on all sub-contractor scheduling and material ordering.  Monitoring and supervise sub-contractors on the site.  Ensuring build site has tools and materials needed for day’s task.  Responsible for taking deliveries of materials and supplies; ensures all tools and materials are maintained and safeguarded.  Adhering to safety policy and practices, and create a positive and encouraging work atmosphere.

 Managing and Executing all the activities on site (Masonry works, Plastering, Painting, Water isolation, Plumbing, Electrical works, Fire Fighting systems, Tiles, Parquet HDF, False ceiling, …. Etc.) Providing on-site construction administration, supervision, and coordination.  Reviewing with the owner the monthly status reports. Assist the architect/engineer in defining the owner’s needs and setting the project criteria.  Providing a value/cost analysis to the owner.  Technical office {Material approval, shop drawings, steel structure design (Mezzanine)}.
