Consult with interdepartmental resources concerning problems which are affecting productivity, and take corrective action4. Coach and build capabilities of line managers to convert objectives5. Jointly develop with product availability resource (scheduler) the production schedule to meet weekly sales demand6. Review and analyze production and downtime reports daily. Follow-up with appropriate resources to systematically eliminate sources of downtime7. Lead the implementation of national and local initiatives for the production area (product, packaging, new technology … )8. Utilize visual factory concepts to control and organize the work9. Coaches and provides constant feedback for the development and improved performance of production personnel10. Develop staffing and skill building plans for the production area that directly links to delivering yearly AOP. Work closely with HR for effective implementation11. Conduct performance appraisal for the line managers and ensure it is done for the rest of the production area12. Responsible for the selection, on-boarding and recommending for termination of production line personnel
