pcp technical expert for 1800 pcp wells, totally resposible for operating 1800 pcp wells under 3 main contracts lease and precurment basis .

Activities Summary Lead the artificial lift team ( around 20 persons ) for PCP / SRP activities with the following responsibilities :- i. Confirm following up all JO safety regulations and procedures with fully commitment to the JO safety tenets of operation and confirming all employees / contractors under my supervision are completely understanding and applying these tenets .ii. Member in safety auditing team and supervise the SRP/PCP contractor safety mitigation plan.iii. Prepare the yearly Budget forecast .iv. Supervise and direct the activities of assigned personnel.v. Supervise the tubing / rods inspection contract .vi. Review and update SOP for running and pulling SRP / PCP and all its related work shop activities .vii. Prepare technical tender for PCP/ SRP contract and executed offers’ technical evaluation.viii. SRP/PCP Well completion design ( C-fer and rod star software).ix. Daily monitoring , reporting , optimization and rigless troubleshooting for 650 SRP wells and 100 PCP wells.xi. Lead the material team responsible for planning, ordering , handling and inventory management system for all PCP / SRP spare parts required for smooth operation running.xii. Lead the team responsible for confirming the compatibility of material used in SRP/ PCP completions with JO field specification and recommend for material best selection .xiii. Lead the team in SRP/ PCP pump shop ( assembling new / repaired pumps , tear Down , inspection & failure analysis of pulled pumps ( sucker rod pumps API Tubing pumps and PCP pumps Kudu / PCM manufacture) xiv. Supervision during running procedure for Sucker rod pumps and PCP pumps with/without down hole permanent pressure gauge.xv. Participate in the training policy for new staff.

Activities Summary Senior petroleum engineer leading the operation team (around 50 persons) for both offshore and onshore location i. Confirm following up all safety regulations by company and contractors staff & leading the operation team in the emergency evacuation plan.ii. Supervised and directed the activities of assigned personnel.iii. Performed Daily oil and gas production calculations.iv. Daily supervision and reporting for on-shore and off shore operation v. Participated in budget forecast for operation division.vi. Tender preparation and technical bids evaluationvii. Material selection and ordering .viii. Planed , pre- commissioning and operation supervision of the complete annual shutdown for routine maintenance of onshore and offshore facilities and commission and started up after finishing .ix. Preparing different well service program ( slick line , E/L wire line and coiled tubing ).x. Participate in the training policy for new staff.

Well service engineer lead a team of 25 persons in offshore complex platform contain 20 wells with the following responsibilities i. Daily monitoring for 20 running wells (natural flow and jet pump artificial lift wells).ii. Tested the wells through test separator . iii. Daily monitoring for Artificial lift system using jet pump including system design and in site supervision during jet pump installation and running.iv. Supervised workover operation during Well completion operation for single and dual completion with / without gas lift mandrelv. Supervised Slick line operations with good knowledge in different slick line tools ( impression Blocks , gauge cutters , shifting tools , sand bailers , running and pulling tools for different fishing neck tools profiles , different types of plugs , check valves , chokes ………etc)vi. Supervised for E/L wire line operation during perforation and logging .vii. Supervised for Coiled tubing stimulation operations Including preparing programs and executing all coiled tubing operations ( well Bore cleaning , lifting well by N2 & Acid jobs)viii. Supervised in site FMC X-TREE valves maintenance Including Spare parts requestix. Arranged for the offshore logistics required for running operation

Activities Summary Followed and supervised the separation process inside gas / oil separation plant with the following responsibilities :-i. Confirm following up all safety regulations inside the plant , Member in firefighting team , supervisor for the evacuation team ii. Daily monitoring for separation process with a good knowledge in different separation units as followed :-- Different types of separators , separation control & Factors affecting separation process.- Oil dehydration and desalting theory , Monitoring , process control , chemicals & factors affecting process efficiency .- Gas dehydration Using Glycol dehydration unit- Gas compression package .- control and shutdown system for gas oil separation plants.- Different types of heat exchanger and heaters.- Oily water treatment system ( API separators , plate interceptor unit & induced air flotation unit)iii. Supervised the internal inspection and routine maintenance for different separation units ( oil storage tanks , Heaters , separators , dehydrators and desalters. ) operation shutdown , safety precaution and preparation for entering confined space , bottom cleaning , wall and bottom thickness survey & wall and bottom repairing , commissioning and operation start up.iv. Pigging for production line Including different types of pigs , safety precautions during pigging, procedure of pigging &intelligent pigging procedures
