Senior Well Services Engineer
Current- Accountable for the safe execution of the work program & conducted HSE inspections & audits as required- Manage HSE at the rig site: 1) Implement Assist & Assure program; 2) conduct fire, H2S, kick, and first aid drills; 3) review PTW and ensure all controls are in place as per the TRA; 4) ensure JM policies are complied to; 5) ensure lifting equipment are certified and no Drops hazards are in place; 6) ensure all personnel on site are fit to work--in liaison with clinic and Safety Engineer.- Ensure all PCE have valid certification, and inspection due dates are adhered to.- Provide clear leadership in all aspects of health, safety and environmental (HSE) protection, ensuring that safe working practices are being utilized- Review C&WI program prior to the start of operations to ensure all equipment and personnel are ready.- Ensure well barriers are tested and in place as per the Pressure Control Manual (PCM).- Ensure all parts of the well operating envelope are maintained as per the company's Well Integrity Management System, (WIMS)- Supervise Wellhead Integrity Tests (WIT), SSSV function & inflow testing, and Subsurface Integrity Tests (SIT).- Supervise Frac operations [Conventional frac, Hi way foam frac, conductor frac, acid foam frac, methanol frac].- Supervise coiled tubing operations (Unloading, Fishing, ESP backwash, salt cleanout, Acid stimulation, and etc.)- Supervise E/L operations (perforations, oriented perforation, CBL, USIT and PLT, mechanical cutter, TBG Punch and etc.)- Supervise Slickline operations (Drift runs/HUD detection, Fluid Level Detection, SBHPS/FBHPS, PVT Sampling, Opening/Closing SSD, Gas Lift change out, Sand Bailer runs, and LIB runs).- Senior well service coordinator and follow well intervention activities with all supervisors.- Supervise pumping operations (injectivity test, killing, lifting well through GLV and etc.)- Supervisor Surface well testing and Well start up.
