• Duties and responsibilities:
• Management of two groups of products: consumables and capital equipment.
• Perform product sales and technical presentations to different audiences.
• Hold pre- and post-sales application support demonstrations and training programs.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Building customer relationships and develop a network of influencing key opinion leaders (KOL) in the assigned territory.

• Duties and responsibilities:
• Generate new prospects and potential leads.
• Perform products demonstrations, sales presentations, provide technical training and troubleshooting whenever required.
• Identify areas where customer satisfaction could be improved and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to higher management.
• Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis with periodic reporting.
• Excellent product knowledge and understanding of our products’ features as well as the equivalent competition products, and deliver conclusions to the end user in easy, and yet informative ways.

Amman, Jordan

• Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible of performing products demos and surgeries attendance with surgeons after sales.
• Presenting product orientation to different levels of audiences.
• Full product knowledge and technical support.
• Sites surveying and setting the site civil and MEP requirements and supervise the implementation to make sure they match each machine’s requirements.
• Accountability of all the phases of the focus product’s life cycle.
