Range of responsibilities:•Chair the technical meetings with the client and his representatives on behalf of the contractor.•Assist the construction managers in resolving the technical construction issues and problems on sites.•Perform troubleshooting tasks in different levels of construction works.•Observe that the construction team works within a given set of technical guidelines and operating procedures.•Leading the multidisciplinary teams (Structural, MEP and Architectural) for the production and approval of shop drawings. •Preparing method statements for different constructions and installation activities.•Observing the implementation of HSE and QM procedures in different areas. •Monitoring the construction progress with the planning manager.•Assessing the labors requirements based on the construction progress and the look-ahead schedule.•Assisting the procurement teams in identifying the long lead items.•Assisting and guiding the procurement team in the technical evaluation and related analysis. •Assisting the contract manager in the variations identification and values.•Assisting the logistics manager in identifying the project interface features and main logistics occurrences.

•Managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects during design and construction to testing/ commissioning and handing over.•Working in partnership with the client to build workable budgets and manage through the complete production process.•Managing and overviewing the disciplinary and inter-disciplinary coordination between all trades during construction. •Reviewing the high-level deliverables across projects during construction.•Implementing engagement review and quality assurance procedures during construction.•Minimizing exposure and risk across the multiple projects and packages.•Managing scope and mitigating risk across projects and packages.•Ensuring that the construction methods proposed for carrying out the works are satisfactory.•Establishing efficient procedures for verifying performances, reporting progress and problems including quality control reports, quantity survey records, requests for variation or change orders, contractors’ claims and invoices.•Maintaining deliverables within the project timeframe schedule. •Leading reviews of the proposed change orders generated and making recommendations.•Monitoring the interim and final payments of our contractors and subordinates.

Senior Architect and Design Manager in charge of pre-design (TOR, Spaces, Functions, requirements and analysis)/ design (concept, preliminary, detailed design, coordination with disciplines and preparing and finalising of tender documents), leading design teams in organising activities and production activities, site support activities, management of the resident engineering team and coordination with Managers and Engineers with close liaison with the Employer's organisations in respect of building engineering, technical installations and financial control.
