• Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system design (Cooling loads calculations,Air terminals distribution, AC units’ selection from catalogues, Chilled water system calculations, Duct design, and Exhaust fans selection).• Firefighting system design (Sprinklers, Fire Hose Cabinets, and Fire extinguishers distribution, and Pipe sizing using NFPA).• Plumbing system design (Water supply, Drainage, Swimming pools, Sewage network, and Lifting stations) using Egyptian code.• Drafting design drawings on AutoCAD.• Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs).• Preparing workshop drawings for all mechanical and plumbing systems.• Coordinating all systems with each other, Architecture (Interior Design), and Structure drawings.

• Execute and supervise HVAC works on site.• Preparation of daily reports and any other site documentation.• Supervising the contractor's work progress and quality to ensure compliance with contract terms,conditions, and time schedule.• Coordinating with civil and electrical teams to arrange work execution.• Review and approve payment documents.• Check and approve received material to ensure the required asper BOQ, specs and (vendor list orapproved equal).• Preparing As-Built drawings to submit them to technical office.• Implement safe working practices as per the Company’s Health and Safety procedures.• Ensure that correct work processes are implemented to ensure work is completed as per specifications.• Supervising staff and site workers.
