• Ensure the implementation of the planting program for each product.• Manage the implementation of quality standers (Global GAP).• Follow up the implementation of quality and food safety.• Prepare and conduct inspection for the all sites and facilities.• Monitoring production processes to ensure there is no deviation from the standards quality.• Monitor critical control points and takes the necessary corrective actions in case of deviation from the critical limits.• Prepare Audit Planning.• Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.• Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives.• Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other Export department.• Create, document, and implement inspection criteria and procedures.• Provide, and oversee, inspection activity for product throughout the production cycle.• Interact with vendors to ensure the quality of all purchased parts.

Inspections and Assessments: Conduct thorough inspections of farms and agricultural processing plants to evaluate compliance with agricultural laws and regulations. - Examine crops, facilities, and equipment to ensure adherence to safety standards, proper handling of agricultural chemicals, and compliance with environmental regulations.Compliance Verification: verify that agricultural operations adhere to regulations related to crop cultivation, pesticide use, and food safety.-Review documentation such as permits, licenses, and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.-Assess compliance with regulations related to organic farming, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), and other specialized agricultural practices.Sample Collection and Laboratory Analysis: collect samples of agricultural products, for laboratory analysis. These samples are tested for the presence of contaminants, pesticide residues, pathogens, or other quality and safety indicators.- Interpret the laboratory results and take appropriate action if any violations are found.Enforcement and Corrective Measures: In cases where violations or non-compliance are identified, enforce penalties, issue citations, or recommend corrective actions to rectify the issues. Work closely with farmers, food processors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance, provide guidance on corrective measures, and educate them about regulations and best practices.
