Finance Manager

- Responsible for preparation of financial statement.- Responsible for month closing and year end closing process.- Responsible for the financial performance of the factory (this involves close monitoring of sales and costs).- Responsible for monthly reporting on actual, estimates against budgets- Monitoring group company transactions.- Preparing various schedules on monthly basis and also for statutory audit.- Responsible for MIS preparation.- Responsible for implementing internal control system and improving current SOPs.- Monitor A/R & A/P collection and payments on time.

- Review and submit complete set of F.S for Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya and Tanzania. - Prepare combined reports (Financial Statement, A/R, A/P, WIP, Accrued revenue, Budget variance analysis and Ratio analysis) for the International department (12 countries) to be presented to the board of directors on a monthly basis- Prepare management report on a quarterly basis to evaluate projects performance, suggest corrective actions and flow correction action impact, if any.- Managing cash between Anglo region countries to minimize financing cost.
