Pluggerz / Comfoor is a leading manufacturer of B2C and B2B unifit and custom fit hearing protection. Within this MT role i have overall responsibility for all commercial activities accross our three business units: Retail, Audiology and Industry.

Ranir is the leading private label oral care manufacturer who delivers millions off affordable healthy smiles everyday. Within Ranir I was responsible for all distributors as well as key retailers in EMEA & APAC regions. Developing winning strategies for every market and implementing these in joint business plans with local partners and customers. Lead cross-functional teams on customer specific projects.

P&L Responsible for business development of Balancebox and other Thomas Regout products in Americas, Middle East & Africa and APAC markets through partnerships and full service distributors. Define and execute on Balancebox' growth strategy and implementing new business models in my regions.

Responsible for all business development (set up new markets and expand existing markets) of Coffee and Tea in the Foodservice & Retail segment in the Middle East / Turkey / Central & Eastern Europe / North Africa. Focus was on restructuring the set up of distributors in the region. Appoint new partners where applicable, and manage for change with existing ones.

Area Management of various distributors within EMEA region, (a.o. Sweden, Denmark, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, West Africa and Turkey) with a combined turnover responsibility of approximately 50 Million Euro. Focus was on maintaining/developing the relationship and drive business results with existing partners.

Various supporting marketing roles for both Gins (Tanqueray / Gordon's / Gilbey's) as well as Jose Cuervo Tequila. Jose Cuervo's role also included overseeing EU production facility in Denmark as well as Customer Service activities.
