- Provision of key input to establishing and growing the new VF 360 proposition, as finance business partner.- Business partnering for multiple Partner Markets, with full P&L responsibility for all partners globally – with emphasis on driving value through commercial evaluation.- Leadership of identifying and realising strategic cost reductions across multiple areas of business activity by developing a wide range of innovative measures.- Commercial lead for all new mobile internet propositions, seeking to drive mobile data usage across consumer and business markets.- End-to-end management of acquisitions of small enterprises – as part of the growth strategy for the mobile internet business.- Revenue reporting £2bn pa in sales from mobile internet and performance management of the operating companies.- Control of £200m group cost and £150m for operating companies; management of the budget forecasting process across the Group.

- Led and managed a team of 40 across revenue reporting, cost control, capital expenditure and monthly management reviews.- Business partner for the Wholesale division of C&W Partner Services, with leadership of commercial evaluation of new bids and the sales pipeline

- Led the financial and commercial support to the Global Airline Inventory Network (GAIN) project. This involved the outsource of a supply chain function circa £500M over 5 years. This project involved several trips to the United States to gather information and negotiate contract details with Boeing.- Responsible for Financial / Management reporting, for a cost base of circa £80M.- Provided business advice, information plans and reports to the Line, General Managers and Central Finance.- Produced monthly management accounts to ensure strict financial controls and deadlines were adhered to, thereby giving confidence to Senior Management for effective decision making.- Continuously improved financial controls, balance sheet reporting and asset utilisation.- Implemented a business segmentation analysis – a new process of understanding cost by product type, with the aim of providing effective information for BA route results, supporting alliance development, and engineering cost per aircraft type.
