Depending on customer’s environment and needs we will deploy VPLEX.•SANCOPY is used for migrating the DATA between EMC Clariions and VNXs, also can be used to migrate data from or to a third-party Array.•Mirror View is a replication technology used for replicating the data between the EMC Clariion and VNX arrays only. Server & Storage Specialist.. (Wintel Servers and HP Storage Specialist)Job Responsibilities:• Managing, supporting and troubleshooting storage devices like HP EMA (HSG 80 controller) and HP EVA 5000(HSV110 controllers)• Creating and configuring Disk groups, Virtual Disks [RAID], Hosts, Snapshots and Snap clones on EVA Storage• Replacement of faulty hardware like hard disks, Cache Battery, Controller, Disk Enclosure, loop switches, etc.• Troubleshooting SAN Zoning problems• Configuration of Emulex HBA cards with Secure Path application on the Host systems using Win 2K Servers• Troubleshooting issues on FC SAN (HP B-Series Fiber Channel Switches). • Managing the HP MSAs connected to servers and used for Near Line Backup.• Administering Windows 2000 & 2003 Servers in Clustered & high availability environment.• Administering, Maintaining & Troubleshooting SAN Boot Servers and Clustered Servers.• File Server / DFS server troubleshooting.• Configuring Compaq RILO Cards.• Handling the Hardware Issues with the server.• Queue Management using Service Center.

System Operations Senior SpecialistJob Responsibilities: • Remote Server support and Administration of high end critical production servers• Remote Administration of Windows NT/2000/2003 Systems, located in IBM Datacenters in UK and US• Perform operating system problem determination, resolution steps and troubleshooting• Providing assistance to the counter part in major Software and Hardware changes and assisting storage management team in backup and recovery issues• Online Remote Support for IBM Intel Servers with Microsoft platform. • Perform online technical support and solution delivery.• Administration of Active directory, DHCP, DNS• Windows 2000 and 2003 administration it involved setting up and maintenance of User accounts and groups, sharing resources, assigning permission.• Creating, documenting and implementing Change Management • Call tracking using Problem and Change Management Tools like Manage Now R1, DPU, and NRCPMA.• Monitoring Batch Jobs and Back up Jobs.• Closure of the calls within specified SLA to gain customer satisfaction. • Review the domain controller disk capacity reports.• Action to problem queues in a timely manner, handling escalations & call-outs for performing root cause analysis of problems for remote customers.
