Position Overview: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mount Indie, I play a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting exceptional candidates who align with our values and contribute to our company's success. I am responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates, to conducting interviews and extending offers. Day to Day:- Partner with our clients to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Work with Management to implement and carry out recruiting and performance strategies.- Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.- Manage the entire candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future job openings.- Mentor recruiters and lead by example- I am point of contact across a variety of programs spanning the DOD and Intelligence community focusing on IT, Software Development, DevOps, Cyber Security and Administrative Roles. My Team is focused on providing a transparent hiring process and excellent candidate experience to highly cleared candidates and transitioning veterans.
