1- Documenting the detailed Project Plan and Quality Plan2- Resource Allocation.3- Implementing the following project processes: time / cost / quality / change / risk / issue / procurement / communication / acceptance management.4- Monitoring and reporting on project performance.5- Managing project interdependencies.6- Defining the vision and high level objectives/expectations for the projects.7- Approving the requirements, timetable, resources and budget.8- Ensuring that major business risks are identified and managed.

1- Set up the project development team .2- Define needed team structure and technical requirements for all staff members.3- Staff reviews, setting individual and team Key Performance Indicator (KPIs), maintaining team motivation.4- Interfacing and representing Delivery and Professional Services with other departments within the company. 5- Responsibility for compliance to existing processes and continuous process Improvement within the Delivery and Professional Services organization.

1-Banking Solution Implementer - Understanding client’s business strategy - Design the high level IT architecture and present the architecture - client’s high level manager. - Lead a team to develop the “Back-End” applications, and define related development standard.2- Oracle Training Center Administrator - Conducting regular IT courses elevating skills related to recognized global IT credentials. - Liaising with different stakeholders to ensure proper courses delivery and optimum attendance. - Assisting trainees to be ready for the required IT certification exams. - Managing global examinations sessions as a proctor & administrator.3- Sr. Oracle DBA - Install, patch and maintain all Oracle software. - Tune all Oracle instance components including SQL and PL/SQL. - Approve all production schema changes & changes to database design - Design and implement a backup/recovery system,fail-over technology.
