I am a Civil Engineer by profession with 15 years of experience in UAE, has involved in various types of construction projects, especially in the field of building construction; and has developed myself as skilled in Management, Coordination, Planning and Project Control Professional with a career that started as Site/Project Engineer in various Engineering Consultants and Contracting companies.I have joined M/s Al Khamael Contracting LLC, Dubai, UAE and holding a position of General Manager for almost ten years. My successful career has evolved impressively and has gained and contributed a profit of AED 25,000,000.00 during my tenure in the company and has had dealt professionally with local authorities (such as Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, Trakhees and Dubai Civil Defense), various consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.Early career has given me a hands-on experience in construction and engineering and developed detailed practical knowledge of the delivery process. This has ensured schedules and delivery methodologies prepared by myself as effective with high attention to identify and mitigate risk. I have possesses strong ability to work closely with Management, Procurement and Construction Teams and strong negotiation and following up skills with Sub- Contractors and Suppliers and liaise with them in order to effectively report to relevant management teams.Responsible for planning, implementation and supervising all the projects and company.• Responsible for budgets, cost management, approval of claims of contract variation, extension of time claims, bids and tenders.• Manage to complete a project in given budget and scheduled time.• Lead, mentor and train the team members.• Strong skills preparation of correspondence with the different parties.• Attendance of required meetings and presentations.• Management of the all documentation works, QC and QA.• Preparation,discussion of contractual requests and all related contract engineering skills.
