Profile II, and Bi-Annual Fuels Study Benchmarking Report, saving thousands of man hour efforts annually.• Proudly and successfully lead the entire Development team towards commissioning of the Solomon Associates Automation project at KNPC, Kuwait.• Solved countless client automation problems, by developing UI and report systems, programmed, and designed multi-tiered client-server applications and interfaces, along with an end-to-end data analysis, documentation to map data, workflow, and processes from disparate sources.• Developed, reviewed, and supervised the preparation of Design documents, Installation Guides, Training Manuals, As-Built docs and other documentations as part of project deliverables.• Spent over 12 years at customers’ sites, being repetitively requested by name for Onsite and offsite support and troubleshooting for the custom interfaces and the implemented solution usage problems.
