CurrentI worked for UNHCR in the north of Morocco I have acquired skills in the field of volunteering and understanding the problems of refugees and their children, Working with partners UNHCR in Morocco as example FOO(Foundation Orient Occident) and OMDH(Organization Marocaine des Droits Humans) and AMMAP(Association Marocaine d'Appui à la Promotion de la Petite Enterprise) and AC(Action Urgency) to solving and service the refugeesAs part of my work with UNHCR as community field agent I was handling the following responsibilities:• Orient the refugees and the asylum seekers on their rights and the type of services that can be provided by UNHCR and its partners.• Coordinate and lead on the awareness raising among the refugee and asylum seekers communities, through organizing community meetings among other activities. The awareness sessions included but not limited to rights in health, education and protection in general with special focus on protection form sexual and gender-based violence.• Identify vulnerable cases among community members and refer them to concerned partners including cases of out of school children among community members and direct them to the partners concerned• Refer, support and orient refugees and asylum seekers when necessary to UNHCR partners or other institutions (schools, hospitals, other public institutions, NGOs, etc.) according to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) put in place.• This is with special focus on the most vulnerable cases including children, minors, women and people with special needs. • Ensure the follow-up and referencing of the cases identified and referred • Conducting monitoring field visits to reassess the problems faced by the community• Monitoring and evaluating planned activities to ensure their implementation as per the plan. • Support refugees during COVID-19 outbreak
