*Provide the top management with company financial statements on a regular basis.*Formulate and design a strategic financial business plans for short and long-term basis either whole of the business or sub-unit of the business.*Participate and Produce an accurate annual budgeting of the company including sales budgeting, production budgeting, direct materials budgeting, direct labor budgeting, overhead budgeting, capital expenditure budgeting, sales & administrative expenses budgeting, income statement budgeting & cash budgeting. *Manage, monitor and control the annual budgeting of the companies and to make sure that the variances analysis (Budgeted VS. Actual) are done and clarified.*Monitor and control the consolidated cash flows of the company and related subsidiaries, in addition, to make sure that the necessary action is done to avoid such deficit cash flow.*Research and report on factors influencing business performance.*Develop financial management policies & procedures that minimize the financial risk.*Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems based on the top management desires.*Conduct, review and evaluate cost-reduction opportunities.*Develop and closely working with the external partners, like bankers, auditors, solicitors, suppliers and customers, and also with the internal parties like Senior management, employees, owners, and investors.*Always, keep arranging with new sources and alternative solutions of finance and borrowing for the company's facilities.*Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations, legislation and IFRS.*Supervise staff and adding value for both financial staff and financial department.*Implement, develop and maintain an ERP system.*Develop and maintain chart of account according to the companies needed.*monitor fixed assets of the company and make sure that correctly recorded and sequential coded.*Make sure that the companies are going on and moving forward to achieve its goals and objectives.*Make sure that the companies comply with the internal policies, procedures, legalization and legislation.* Customer management & suppliers management.
