Design and implementation control panels of tower cranes.The main responsibilities are:• Design and build electrical control panel (new electrical control system based on VFD (inverters (Delta, LS, Bosh Rexroth, Schneider)) and PLC (Delta, Mitsubishi, Siemens), including all safety system requirements to operate tower crane safely), in order to replace and renovation old control system based on Contactors, including but not limited to the following applications: Tower cranes. Construction hoists (Lift). Air compressor. Lathe. Steel Benders (based on VFD inverter and Encoder). Electrical test bench for motors and electromechanical breaks.• Design and build classic control panel, including but not limited to the following applications: Hoist chain. Steel Bender. Steel cuter.

The main responsibilities are: GTG’sGas Turbines Generating Units : In normal operation:My task isstart up, shut down the GTG’s (type: SGT-400, SIEMENS) and make Synchronisingbetween three GTG’s(type: SGT-400, SIEMENS) in many cases manual, semi auto, auto modes, monitoring the GTG’s in normal operation load, alarms and do the correct action to keep the GTG’s working healthy. In abnormal operation (trip situation):My tasks in this situation restore the power to the plant as possible as soon and remove the alarms and faults on GTG’s and restart it again and put it in service. In maintenance:Planning to the maintenance tasks according to SIEMENS recommendation, put the time scheduling for maintenance, make maintenance for GTG’s (type: SGT-400, SIEMENS) 9000Hrs(service level A according to SIEMENS) in on skid, off skidand MCC.Send final report about maintenance activities to supervisor.  MCC (motor control center):  In abnormal operation:1. Reset all feeders, starter motors and protection relays in case of loss the power to prepare it to start again for low voltage switchgear 400V. 2. Rest all protection relays in case of loss the power to prepare it to start again for high voltage switchgear 6.6KV.3. Restore the power to low voltage switchgear 400V in MCC. In normal operation:1. Perform isolation, de-isolation and attach correct notices for high and low voltage equipment.2. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) 6 months for low voltage (400V) motors and motor starters which driven (pumps, fans).3. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) 12 months for high voltage major motors (6.6KV), high voltage switchgear (6.6KV/vacuum circuit breakers) and it auxiliary. EDG (emergency diesel generators):1. Make usual test run for it , make Synchronising between GTG and EDG in tripping of thethree GTG’s and restore one of GTG’s.2. Fill and send final report of usual test to supervisor with notes, problems, and suggest the solution for it.
