▪ Conducting site Civil Inspection and MEP and follow up on all interior design defects, civil comments and snags rectification▪ Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations, approving BOQs, materials proposal and work orders ensuring the completion of required work as per the Company standards▪ Ensure that all required Engineering, Vendor, Operations Related, Safety/Environmental, Fabrication / Construction, Mechanical Completion, As-Built, Project, Supplier, Warranties & Guarantees, Maintenance and Regulatory Approval Documents and Certification are identified and suitable for final Hand Over.▪ Coordinate with Contractor and Consultant to ensure all engineering data and materials specifications associated with completions and handover activities complies with the quality standards and requirements of the Company▪ Supervise & ensure that the preventive, Corrective maintenance &improvement activities are performed to ensure proper andefficient operations in the assigned section.▪ Arrange and review all maintenance requests carried out on a dailybasis & Assign fresh maintenance requests to the concerned staffand supervise the work, ensuring it is carried out timely,professionally and in a cost effective manner.LANGUAGESPROPERTY MANAGEMENT & BUILDING EXECUTIVE
