Managing finance department. • Responsibility of all financial transactions, MonitoringBudgeting and implementation of the financial operational guidance. • Supervision and maintenance of the accounting system. • Managing the office. • Coordinate and responsible for all the IT requirements of the• Manage the operation, maintenance and documentation of theIT systems. • Ensure the proper implementation, managing and support of allsystems that enables the operations and delivery as perrequirements. • Monitoring IT Systems and Infrastructure to ensure smoothoperations. • Planning and implementing future IT developments andundertaking project work. • Maintaining Full Backup of ERP on daily bases and maintainingdata archive

• Managing Maintenance Department• Managing I.T Department• Establishing annual and monthly plans for both department• Coordination of training courses for staff and development• Find quick solutions to the problems facing the two departments• Supervising the purchases of the two departments• Supervising the appointments of new staff• Help the rest of the departments in the company and find the latest technology solutions for them

 Oversee centralized operations of the company. Plan and coordinate operational activitieswith the relevant departments.  Coordinate and monitor all Import activities (Shipping documents, part and customsclearance).  Plan and monitor all logistics matters.  Coordinate and follow-up all sales orders with Logistics Department for proper deliveries.  Employee Management:o Overseeing the recruitment of new employees, which includes training andinduction.o Supervise staff accommodation matters, transportation, monitoring employee’scomplaints, resolving disputes and issues.o Coordinate with PRO for necessary labour approvals, proper timely submissionand visa process from Labour & Immigration departments.o Arranging employee’s medical insurance policy scheme and ensured timelyrenewal of policies and updating required amendments.  Coordinate and follow-up all administrative issues such as licensing, leasing, tenancyagreements, etc.  Coordinate and responsible for all the IT requirements of the company:o Manage the operation, maintenance and documentation of the IT systems.o Ensure the proper implementation, managing and support of all systems thatenables the operations and delivery as per requirements.o Monitoring IT Systems and Infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.o Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking projectwork.o Maintaining Full Backup of ERP on daily bases and maintaining data archives.
