Main Tasks & Accountabilities Responsible for the coordination and utilization of all workshop staff in order to provide a prompt, reliable, and efficient customer's cars repair, up to the highest standard. Monitors the performance of his area, to make sure the targets set by the management are being met and, identify reasons these targets are not met. Responsible for resolving all problems that create unsatisfied customers in his area and, report any case beyond his capacity to his superior, in order to take the proper action on time. Responsible for GM recall campaign completion and the implementation of CSI program especially, all parameters related to service performance. Distributes work among his team members, on the basis of promised date, workload, and priority, in order to improve the workflow, productivity, and customers satisfaction. Submits reports regularly to his superiors, concerning staff promotion, dismissals, or other measures to be taken, to upgrade the performance standard. Elaborates daily service cash invoices report and, coordinates with the cashier in order to confirm the amount received tally with report numbers. Coordinates with GM roadside assistance operation and toeing services companies, to improve the department service quality and customer loyalty.

Supervising the supply of supplies and supplies for the movement of vehicles and drivers, and providing their requirements.- Examine the vehicles to ensure their suitability before handing them over to the beneficiary.- Counting and recording integrated data and information about the movement of cars and its location.- Coordination with the workshops to perform the necessary maintenance.- Full responsibility for the management and direction of truck drivers.- Supervising the performance of internal maintenance operations, which consists in carrying out the necessary periodic maintenance of all trucks and vehicles of oils of all types and spare parts with a specified life span and other forms of periodic maintenance, while supervising the performance of external maintenance operations to address sudden breakdowns of trucks during the implementation of one of the tasks the work.
