Key responsibilities and duties include:• Accountable for all administrative duties and providing support to the Human Resource Manager, when required • Maintaining and updating of HR records, keeping all information confidential and compliant • Process the verification of all documentation and personal information as well as follow up on the status report when needed• Administrative duties as required including data entry, updating internal documentation and arranging of document processing• Accountable for financial and HR reporting including attendance and leave management, file tracking and resume records• Managing the recruitment process from application to interview scheduling to interviewing followed by onboarding• Update and maintain the website (basic amendments when needed)• Reviewing and uploading new content onto the company website • Troubleshooting and maintenance on technology equipment

Key responsibilities and duties include:• Support my direct manager with administrative tasks• Manage the company social media platforms inclusive of advertising and updating content• Identifying and qualifying new sales leads, determining the need of the client • Pitching products and services to new potential clients and building long term strategic relationships• Provide project details and scope to the team based on the sale of the product or service • Maintaining relationships with current accounts • Complete administrative tasks when required

Key responsibilities and duties include:• Customer service and managing of all receptionist tasks which includes customer engagement (liaising via email, phone or in person), enquiry resolution, monitoring inventory, ordering products when required and booking reservations• Managing junior staff members and identify tasks for staff to complete • Working and supporting the Administrative Manager with daily tasks • Managing stock received and dispatching of stock • Streamlined workplace operations and tasks to ensure that daily duties were completed in a timely manner
