I manage the entire operations cycle, from sourcing and processing to delivering and disposing, ensuring quality, efficiency, and sustainability standards are met or exceeded.My core competencies include operations management, business strategy, and strategic planning, which have enabled me to improve processes, optimize resources, and create value for our clients and partners.
