Responsible for all administrative aspects in Alawrad group that owns industrial project (Snack food potato chips factory), three Agricultural material trading companies, and Medical complex. My responsibility to ensure that daily, Monthly operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner in all companies.

Throughout This challenging position, I was fully responsible as Acting General Manager to Obtains profit contribution by managing staff; establishing and accomplishing business objectives for such a new project that was established few months before I joined. For getting to the big goal I was responsible of managing supervising the daily, Monthly , yearly planning activities in relation to all aspects of Purchasing, Production, Quality control ,accounting and financial , Sales and marketing , HR , feasibility studies for new projects, Developing new products , Market studies to ensure that appropriate planning consents are obtained, Goals are obtained , cost effective processes are optimized and Efficient organizational structure are gained .

Throughout This challenging position I am responsible of managing the daily, Seasonally, yearly Operating Division’s planning activities in relation to all aspects of Purchasing, Production, Quality control ,feasibility studies for new projects, Developing new products , Market studies , to ensure that appropriate planning consents are obtained, Goals are obtained , cost effective processes are optimized and Efficient organizational structure are gained . My duties and responsibilities included: • Assist to monitor all department budgets and manage all inventories on Monthly basis and assist all team members to manage all production schedules. • Prepare efficient training programs for all planning processes and manage inventory level for all Row materials and finished products and ensure compliance to all business requirements. • Manage all work flow for projects and maintain control on same and manage an efficient inventory level of all safety stock and review all volume requirements for all production materials. • Assist all new product development and improvement in all existing products and ensure optimal inventory level at all times. • Facilitate and provide data to prepare all sales forecast and implement all new products and processes for all manufacturing plants. • Assist to obtain and manage all orders and deliveries for all external processes and prepare reports to be presented to management and manage demand and supply of all materials. • Collaborate with all stakeholders to perform various strategies and coordinate with program manager to monitor all supply chain activities and resolve all availability issues. • Participate in all evaluation meetings on weekly and monthly basis. • Plan inventory levels and locations and execute all forecasting and planning programs. • Maintain optimal level of performance within required budget and ensure compliance to all standard projects. • Process requirement analysis

Through this role I was the Management Representative responsible for the development and implementation of the ISO and HACCP systems for both Mudieb Haddad & Sons and Jordan Potato & Corn companies covering all sections from production to purchasing and sales.
