Review and verify inquires/BOQ/specifications for Estimation Engineer’s action.•Assist Tender Manager in administration of the Tender incl. preparing necessary documentation for review and approval sessions.•Delivery projects to budget and to schedule.•Identify opportunities for rationalization. •Developing and continuously improving standard procedures for financial management of service lines. •Supervise the preparation of tenders and make sure that the tendering team has a full understanding of the bid conditions and of the company procedures, and ensure that the tenders are submitted on time.•Plan and manage organizing project requirement, obtaining material prices, calculating man-hour cost and completing estimate and job cost sheet.•Direct and lead the process of optimizing cost estimation by developing internal tools, monitoring accuracy and updating information, creation of database.•Review and ensure that the cost estimates prepared are accurate•Examine enquires and ensure that alternative materials or changes in type of fabrication help saving cost.Estimator Engineer of Over Head Transmission Line & Substaion Job Description:•Prepare the B.O.Q.•Prepare the R.F.Q for the required material.•Send the R.F.Q to the approved and recommended suppliers.•Check the received quotations if it meet our client requirements.•Prepare the comparison sheets for each requested material.•Discussion with the supplier for commercial issue, After clearing material’s deviation. •Primary design of tenders with considering all materials quantities, etc. Route survey, Towers quantities & weight, conductor required, insulators quantities, grounding. •Fill the client commercial sheets.•Prepare the commercial submittals.
