- Managing relationship, candidates and recruitment plans with agencies to ensure smooth onboarding process and providing excellent mobility for all candidates.- Analyzing data of Applicant tracking system (ATS) for better processes and to manage the timeline of onboarding candidates.- Providing an excellent onboarding experience to all stakeholders and acting as point of contact for 50+ brands of wellness and apparel divisions.- Liaising with multiple departments such as Government Relations Department, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Medical Insurance and Admin team on various ministerial documents for transfer of new joiners as well as housing allowance, benefits and other market requirements to ensure optimal recruitment process.- Recruiting of Kuwaiti Nationals for the Manpower summer program 2022.- Hosting Orientation program for new employees.- Experience of handling and serving hundreds of employees base.- Undertake proactive plans to manage identify business needs and deliver improvement.- Acting as the main point of contact for 5+ global agencies & Governmental representatives.- Booking travel tickets using MYAEP system.- Hiring using Oracle system.- Conducting background check on candidates references. - Conducting of surveys for enhancing the overall services and customer experience. - People research.

The Internship I had with LERC was a great chance for learning and self-development. LERC is very well known in Beirut and is the first center in Lebanon that is completely devoted to the study of migration. LERC’s main focus is to constantly produce valuable reports and reference works regarding migration and emigrants. LERC also focuses on addressing the Issue of Lebanese emigration in its worldwide situation. They look forward to helping the widespread diaspora to understand their origins and cultural positioning. LERC is a member of the International Network of Migration Institutions (INMI), which is part of the UNESCO. In my case, for my Internship, I had the chance to work within their comprehensive archive and library that is available and includes all subjects related to the Lebanese emigration. I was glad to be working on the memorabilia related to the Lebanese emigration; looking into Lebanese emigrants with different achievements, values and parts of the globe. During my research hours, their Input in this world helped me to see different values and varieties of disciplines, Including history, International affairs, diplomacy, economics, sociology, political science, social media, art and literature. I’m honored to have had such an experience where I was able to be Integrating well-structured values, developing my work potential, and having a close Input into what could be my field of work.
