I follow up all activities in six residential towers, my responsibility is to study project specifications and drawings and follow up the engineering process in terms of shop drawings production and material submittals to ensure compliance with schedule, and plan monitor and control execution of work on site and verify compliance with Approved shop drawing, specification, and approved method statement, and complete necessary QA documentation related to work and co-ordinate with project QA engineer for daily site inspections, and co-ordinate subcontractors works, and perform regular inspection to verify compliance with specified requirements, and ensure proper usage of materials to minimize wastage, and ensure proper tools / plant / equipements used by the construction crew on site, and the supervision and implementation of safety precautions and take necessary actions to prevent accident, and sheduling and conducting meetings to discuss such matters as procedures, progress and programming.; Abu Dhabi UAEProject: Al Raha Beach Development, Al Dana Precinct( ALDAR HQ , ALbandar)

I was in charge of (135) villas at Palm-Jumeirah project Frond “O” at Dubai, UAE. My responsibility is to supervise all activities such as excavation, waterproofing, steel reinforcement, concreting, block work, plastering, painting, false ceiling, landscape, joinery, GRC, clay tile, and so on. And insure that they are complying with the specifications of the projects, Method statements, drawings, ADDs, and project quality manual. Part of my duty is to represent Pauling Middle East whenever any inspection is carried on site by the consultant or JAFZA inspectors. The client is Nakheel, the project manager is Hill International and the consultant is KEO.
