1. Ensures cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operatingprocedures.2. Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions.3. Provides on-going guidance and instruction.4. Ensures all loss prevention standards are implemented, manages daily cash officeinventory and cashier tracking, tracking sheets, PC Optimum procedures.5. Ensures store employees present proper image to the public in accordance with UniformPolicy.6. Answers inquiries regarding location of product, rainchecks, etc.7. Resolves customer issues according to established guidelines (refunds, exchanges, etc.)8. Promotes the CSI Survey.9. Ensures shelves are clean and organized with proper rotation10. Ensures product displays are set up and taken down as directed by the AFSM/FSM11. Ensures standards of housekeeping and store image are maintained12. Complies with all Health and Safety requirements13. May be asked to perform clerical and banking duties14. Complies with all store policies and procedures15. Complies with loss prevention policies and procedures and ensures they are executed inthe store.16. Perform other duties as required including Cashier duties when necessary.
