Eight years of Experience as an Instrument Engineer in KAR group company, in Oil &Gas industries.Main duties:-Be the technical/engineering team leader for all summit instrumentation activities, in conjunction with electrical and mechanical team.- Installation and maintaining the instruments and devices such as (Control valves, pressure transmitters, flow transmitter, levels transmitter, temperature transmitter and boilers).- Collaborate with summit day crew technicians:A. Assist technicians, as needed, direct them to their tasks on a daily basis.B. Train technicians in the operation and maintenance of instruments and related equipment. This include calibrating devices, devices loop tests, instruments troubleshooting procedure, Connects wiring to the devices as shown in the loops and instrument preventative maintenance procedures to assure those working with instruments on a daily basis receive training necessary to do their tasks.- Prioritize and assign work to the Instrument technicians.- Lead the utilization of maintenance management system to institute routine maintenance tasks to enhance instrumentation reliability. Assist the technicians, as they need, with questions/concerns regarding these maintenance tasks.-Worked at CPS2 ( central processes station ) project at Khormala Kar group as an instrument engineer for( instillation, calibration and loop test ) for all instrument devices. Feb -2017-Worked at WWT (waste water treatment) project at Kawargosk Kar group as an instrumentengineer for( instillation, calibration , loop test and maintenance ) for all instrument devices.Apr -2017/ present .- Worked at Erbil refiner kar3 unit 5 project at Kawargosk Kar group as an instrument engineer for( instillation, calibration, loop test and maintenance ) for allinstrument devices.
