Working with retail clients, doing on. the scope of work as designer, furniture layout, flooring and ceiling design, electrical and detailed shop drawings for custom made items, furniture and fabrics selection, preparing material presentation boards, preparing final quotes and negotiating prices, supervise the execution and displaying the furniture as final stages.

Job Responsibilities Performing big projects' requirements according to designers and consultants' specifications. Submitting quotation and negotiating technical and commercial offers, communicating with partners' companies. Preparing orders and performing logistics' issues till the projects' hand over time and supervise the deliveries and the displaying of the goods. Meeting architects and designers and doing presentations with the collaborations of our foreigner partners' companies in order to specify our products in new projects and working closely with designers by supplying catalogues and samples and inviting them to attends international exhibitions and seminars. Performing full interior designing according to clients' requirements: furniture layouts, furniture and fabrics selection, wardrobes and kitchen design, materials and finishing selection (architectural materials), preparing full shop drawings, lighting and accessories selection. Provide alternatives and solutions appropriate for the client and help them choose the solution for their needs and requirements. Coordination with the relevant delivery, installation and operations according to the deadlines and specifications. Processing of bids required in a practical manner. Coordination with designers and consultants to develop the required plans. Follow-up to make sure they conform to the requirements of the client. Knowledge of specifications and features of products and items that are handled by the institution and the ability to compare competition.
