- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and softwareTroubleshooting technical issues.- Diagnosing and repairing faults.- Resolving network issues- Software Maintenance such as install programs and Operating Systems- desktop support - providing direct user assistance- provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports- Microsoft Office 365 Setup & Configuration- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup andnetwork configuration.- Setting up and installing new computers, networks and software.- Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network.- Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications- Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software and otherapplications.
