 Facilitating the hiring process for Medical College, Global Projects, NGO, and MFI TMSS. Assisting in the selection and placement of candidates recommended by management. Issuing job confirmation letters to employee’s post-probation period. Developing and overseeing the recruitment plan, ensuring proper delegation within the HR team. Scheduling and managing the evaluation process according to standards. Conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new employees. Assisting in the automation of various HR processes to enhance efficiency. Ensuring proper implementation of central office instructions with Field HROs. Serving as the HR department’s focal person in the global branding program. Assisting in creating and enforcing HR Policies for a standard working environment. Generating HR-related reports for management. Documenting and preparing presentations on HR concepts and hand notes. Assisting with compliance matters, including labor laws and employment regulations related to HR. Assisting the Director and Assistant Director in various tasks and projects as needed.
