• Core application development using modern technologies.• Write complex SQL queries, Store Procedures, Functions with knowledge on Indexing, Query Optimization and Database Performance Optimization for MS SQL Server & MySQL• Manage databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.• Analyze, solve, and correct issues independently in real time, providing end-to-end solution.• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.• Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.• Design Reports in Crystal Report, RDLC Report.• Web service administration & configurations• Troubleshooting and resolving software issues reported by users.• Providing technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in person.• Keeping track of user's feedback and requests for new features.• Updating and maintaining documentation for software products.• Collaborating with IT team to identify and fix software bugs.• Continuously monitoring the performance of software products and making improvements as necessary.• Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
